Chicago – Jan. 25, 2016 – Sullair, an industry-leading compressed air solutions provider since 1965, today announced the appointment of Heather Ronnow as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Ronnow will lead organizational development, change management and talent initiatives for Sullair, primarily focused on the Americas and EMEA. She will be based in Chicago and report to Thomas Stubbins, Accudyne Industries’ Executive Vice President of Human Resources, with a dotted line to Sullair President Scott Nelson.

“Heather is a seasoned and strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience in human resources,” said Nelson. “Her wealth of knowledge and experience in workforce and talent development will make her a tremendous asset to Sullair, and I am pleased to welcome her to our executive team.”

Ronnow joins Sullair after spending two years with Global Experience Specialists (GES), a division of Viad Corporation, where she served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. At GES, Ronnow led the global human resources team and served as a member of the executive leadership team, supporting acquisitions, growth and strategy. Ronnow’s experience also includes human resource leadership positions at a number of large organizations across manufacturing, service and distribution industries, including Little Lady Foods, Rexam Beverage Can North America, ARAMARK, and Keebler.

Ronnow graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Juris Doctor degree.
