Applied simplicity. We have eliminated most high-wear parts in our breakers. Fewer parts mean less wear, less maintenance, and less downtime. Elimination of side rods, nuts and springs make them sleeker and more comfortable to operate. We've also simplified and standardized our air tools to make parts interchangeable between our various models.
Break it; don't shake it. Our direct-impact, non-corrosive automatic valve design with its one-piece housing dramatically reduce air consumption. A leak-proof air cushion forms at the end of the piston stroke and stops the piston from direct impact when the tool is not breaking.
Divide and conquer.You can operate multiple tools from a single compressor. For example, a 125 cfm compressor will operate two MPB-90A breakers from one compressor. We warranty all of our breaker parts for two years against manufacturing defects. Also, if a part wears out during normal operation, it is covered by our two-year warranty.
