Can I locate my compressor outdoors without problems?

Do all Supervisor controls have auto restart?
Yes. Can we get a DS with Y-delta start? No. Standard motors do not produce enough torque. [back to top]
If I put a bigger motor on my compressor, how much more air will I get?
None. The Sullair rotary screw is positive displacement compressor, and air flow is dependant on speed. A higher horsepower motor can help if additional pressure is required. [back to top]
Is Supervisor available on the 10 Series?

What is the difference between ACFM and SCFM?
Nothing, if your site conditions exactly match the "standard conditions". "Standard" ambient conditions as defined by CAGI (the Compressed Air and Gas Institute) are 14.7 psig atmospheric pressure, 68 degrees Fahrenheit, and 0% relative humidity. [back to top]
What is the NEMA rating for the standard electrical enclosures in Sullair compressors?

What is the standard compressor fluid fill?
Sullube 32 is standard on all packages and 24KT on all ten year warranty packages. Only exception is the DS family that uses Mobil DTE light. [back to top]
