Air traffic control for compressed air systems.

FlowLogic Controller

FlowLogic logo

The demand profile for almost all compressed air systems are very dynamic. Frequently, there are periods where the demand exceeds the available compressor capacity. In turn, there are almost always periods where there is excess compressor capacity.

Reaction to System Demands graph

Gain system control with FlowLogic™. During dwell periods, you can store air using excess compressor capacity. Our FlowLogic™ technology then releases the air from storage, during system peaks and system pressure fluctuations.

You want peak performance from your system. We provide advanced system controls so you can do just that.

Do You Have an Effective Control Strategy? Compressed air system controls match the compressed air supply with system demand and are one of the most important determinants of overall system energy efficiency. Proper control is essential to efficient system operation and high performance. An effective control strategy shuts off unneeded compressors and delays bringing on additional compressors until needed. All units that are operating should be run at full-load, except one unit for trimming.

Benefits
  • Controllers sequence multiple compressors
  • The Distributed Sequence Control built into Sullair’s Supervisor Controller™ eliminates the need for an expensive, complex, separately mounted sequencer
  • Significant energy reduction by operating compressors at optimum performance levels.

Master Energy Conservator

Supervisor™ Controller

Read your compressor’s “mind”. The Supervisor™ acts like a sentry for your compressed air system. It protects your compressor against malfunction. It monitors your compressor’s operating conditions and indicates servicing needs. It’s user-friendly, menu-driven screens let you know what your compressor’s thinking.

Master Energy Conservator™

Get the most out of your compressors for less. An air compressor that is operating full capacity is at maximum efficiency. With a multiple-compressor system, the MEC puts you in the driver’s seat to optimize operating costs while meeting your air demands.
