Real-Time Assessment SysteMate™ hardware and software provide you with a real-time assessment of your company’s compressed air usage. SysteMate™ takes power and pressure readings as inputs and calculates true flow output, automatically generating a report and graphs of of all the parameters, including flow. Hassle-Free Hardware SysteMate™ hardware can be installed without production and requires no compressor control manipulation (i.e. no forced load/unload of the compressor). It can assess usage for any direct displacement compressor, including reciprocating and rotary screw.
