Sullair’s Optimalair™, with its Optimalair NANO Fiber Technology™, enhances the efficiency and life of Sullair Filters resulting in high quality, cost effective filtration that outperforms the competition. The extra efficiency of Sullair Optimalair™ replacement filter elements means fewer change intervals, saving filter costs and maintenance downtime.

Fluid filters

Sullair compressor fluid filters, available in microfiber glass or cellulose, are designed to the exact specifications of Sullair compressors and manufactured according to strict quality standards with up to 33% more uniformly spaced pleats than competitive filters.

Products

Optimizer™ (separator)

The Sullair Optimizer™ is a separator that uses a superior wet laid Micro Glass fiber medium to reduce carryover to less than 2 PPM. This high efficiency separator will pay for itself (during the life of the separator) in reduced compressor fluid carryover and electrical power consumption.

Filter element

Downstream filter elements are made specifically for Sullair pre-filters, high efficiency oil-removal filters and activated carbon filters. For optimum performance, Sullair recommends changing the filter elements at least once a year or earlier.
