Dandenong South, VIC (29 March 2018) –  Sullair Australia is pleased to announce its acquisition of the compressor service business operated by Alpine Air Compressors on 29 March 2018.
Alpine Air will continue to operate its compressor rental business from Morisset near Newcastle. The arrangement means Sullair Australia can provide even better service for customers in the fast growing Sydney-Newcastle corridor. It will also enable Alpine to offer the region’s mining and associated industries with a comprehensive range of full-sized Sullair electric and diesel compressed air rental equipment and accessories.
Sullair Australia’s National Customer Care Manager, Stephen Cowburn, said Sullair is excited to offer its renowned service to Alpine Air’s customers, including access to the global reach and innovation of its parent organisation, the Hitachi Group.
“We will work with Alpine owners, Murray and Jenny Auston, in coming months to make sure the transition is seamless, and continue the high standard of service that customers expect and deserve,” Mr Cowburn said.
Alpine Air CEO, Murray Auston, said the opportunity to join Sullair means Alpine can now give its customers the choice of Sullair’s next generation air compressors.
“We will be able to deliver Sullair’s leading range of oil-free and oil-injected solutions for stationary and portable purposes, plus the backing of a company focused on boosting the productivity of Australian industries through the latest compressed air technologies,” Mr Auston said.
