From March 6, 2014 to March 7, 2014, the 2013 Annual Conference of Sullair Class A Service Engineers was successfully held. Service engineers from the 32 distributors and Sullair Asia branch companies joined the conference.


President of Sullair Asia-Pacific, Mr. Ye Chun addressed the opening of the annual conference. He pointed out that the development of Sullair is inseparable from the efforts and support of distributors and colleagues of the company. The company enjoys excellent partners, creative teams and experienced management team and will continue to improve the mature products while actively launching new products. With the joint efforts of everyone, the Sullair family will no doubt win greater market opportunities.


Theme of the conference was “Be gold, be No.1”. At the conference, attendants reviewed and acknowledged the achievements made through the past years and clarified the direction for 2014, that the common goal of the entire service team will be 100% customer retain rate. At the conference, new products of Sullair such as the oil-free compressor, DPQ260H and E550RH were introduced and the end-to-end after-sales service team work flow was introduced. In terms of product quality feedback, the Quality Department, Engineering Department and Production Department joined the discussion to listen and to answer questions on product quality encountered by the service engineers of distributors.
