Keith Herr has served as Director, Global Engineering since January 2011. Keith joined Hamilton Sundstrand, Sullair in 2011. From 2007-2011, Keith was the Director of Engineering for Shape Corporation. Prior to Shape, Keith was most recently Group Director, Program Management for Magna International. He held a number of other Engineering Management positions through various long term international assignments in England and Japan. Prior to Magna International, Keith held various product development positions for both General Motors and Ford Motor Company. Keith began his career as a summer intern and GM Scholar in 1987. Keith holds both a Masters in Engineering and an MBA from University of Michigan. Keith also has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
