At Sullair, we do not want you to feel that you are just “coming to work”. In fact, the work environment at the facilities and among our people creates a collegial and welcoming atmosphere. Sullair also encourages a work-life balance by offering employees various amenities to help promote a healthy lifestyle. You can walk our campus and notice employees working out in our fitness center and indoor basketball court during their lunch break. During the summer time, you and your family can enjoy a swim in our Olympic size swimming pool.

To develop a family atmosphere, Sullair has developed an events committee that plans various events for employees and their family to take part in. Over the past years, Sullair has hosted family picnics, children holiday parties, and holiday luncheons.

Sullair values the opinion and voices of each employee at Sullair. That’s why Sullair participates in an employee engagement survey every 2 years to learn what our employees are thinking and feeling so that we may develop action items to help enrich their career at Sullair.
